Legal Product Warranty:

The warranty period for new products to be purchased by consumers in our stores is 2 years, in accordance with the conditions established in Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the revised text of the approval of the general law for Protection of Consumers and Users.
In order for the warranty to apply, it is necessary for the customer to maintain the invoice or purchase receipt and that the product has a defect of origin or manufacture. This is why no defect is caused by improper assembly or maintenance of the product by the consumer (unless incorrect maintenance or assembly is due to an error in the product instructions), improper use or malfunction of the product use.
